Upon its launch, the first Seven Towers Festival was inspired by the message of the Hungarian pavilion designed by Imre Makovecz for the Expo ’92 in Seville. The same message inspired the topics of the 2017 festival.
Visitors to this year’s Seven Tower Festival could enjoy a programme comprising 100 artists, 9 exhibitions, 16 concerts, film screenings and literature events. Festival events were staged in Budapest, Csíkszereda (Miercurea Ciuc, Romania), Kolozsvár (Cluj-Napoca, Romania), Szigetvár, Vienna (Austria), Makó, Zalaegerszeg, Paks and Siófok between 9 and 20 November 2017.
