An exhibition of the works of Imre Makovecz opened at the Mongolian fine Arts Gallery in Ulaanbaatar. The exhibition is sponsored by the Hungarian Academy of Arts (HAA) and is open to the public until 13 December 2018. Representing the HAA, the exhibition’s curator is Ybl-prize winning architect Lőrinc Csernyus.
Just one week before the Ulaanbaatar event, a similar exhibition opened in the South Uralian city of Izhevsk, showcasing Imre Makovecz’s architecture. Izhevsk is the sixth and final stop of the highly successful travelling exhibition that has been staged in several cities in Russia over the past few years.
