Multiple design versions were developed for the Hódmezővásárhely building. The designs includes side façades, cross sections and floor plans that resemble the architectural details of the 800-seat wooden theatre structure built in 1898 and designed by Viktor Kolbenheyer. The original façades are leaning against the sidewalls as slanted set elements.

Two design versions were prepared for the building. The designs were compiled by Erzsébet Várlaki.
