Piliscsaba, Stephaneum

A Katolikus Egyetem központi előadótermi épülete a nagy auditóriummal és több, különböző méretű előadóteremmel, amelyek az épületben mint egy kisváros utcáin álló házak belsejében foglalnak helyet. A mennyezet kiképzése olyan, mintha lombok borulnának az utcák és a termek fölé.

According to the plan we devised together, the Stephaneum was to house the auditorium maximum, which would also serve as a theatre. Other than this it would also contain several small lecture halls, the university’s administrative offices and a student union. Along the axis the top of the building is covered with glass. From this point we can look out onto the building’s other sections. The roofs found along the side of the building look like wings while the ceilings bears the forms and colours of a forest floor.
