A funkciókat formailag eltérően kezelő építészeti gesztus legtisztább - koncept art-nak tekinthető - példája. Az étterem organikusan formált negyedgömb, gyümölcs-szerű belsővel (Mezei Gábor tervezte bútorokkal), közepén magasba emelt galéria. A konyha szigorú, derékszöges rendszerben szerkesztett épület lépcsősen a terepviszonyokat követő lefedéssel.

Szentendre, Restaurant

This structure is the clearest illustration of the architect’s attempt to differentiate functions by formal means. This approach can even be called an example of conceptual art. The restaurant’s interior, an organically shaped quarter-sphere reminiscent of a piece of fruit (with furniture designed by Gábor Mezei), contains a raised gallery section. The part housing the kitchen is arranged according to strict right angles,covered in tiers that echo the site’s natural characteristics.
